In April, Embellishments will be collaborating with the Birmingham Boys Choir for an afternoon of wonderful music. This special concert will be held on Sunday, April 22nd, at Metropolitan Church beginning at 2:30 PM. The church is located at 2800 Metropolitan Way in Birmingham. Tickets cost $10 and are available from Eventbrite.
Then in May, we will present our latest program, titled “Americana” and including nostalgic favorites such as: American Patrol, Little Brown Jug, Moonlight Serenade, I’ve Been Working on the Railroad, & When Johnny Comes Marching Home. This concert will be offered twice: Saturday, May 5th, at 3 PM in Wesley Hall at Canterbury United Methodist Church in Mountain Brook; and Sunday, May 6th, at 3 PM in the Town Hall at Indian Springs School in Pelham. These concerts will be free of charge, but donations will be kindly welcomed.
